Tansa Systems' business concept is to become the leading supplier of complete systems for quality assurance of text to the business market. We develop, market and sell solutions for proofreading and hyphenation to professional markets worldwide.

The vision of Tansa Systems is that documents, printed matter and electronic text ultimately will be totally free of spelling mistakes and typographical errors.
Partners and Resellers
Tansa’s solutions are primarily sold through a network of select editorial and document workflow solution providers. These partners and resellers work with Tansa to ensure that the text proofing tools function properly within their content production systems.
History
In 1995, the founders of Tansa Systems saw a need for advanced text tools for professional publishers. The founders created several different solutions designed to solve problems created by desktop publishing tools and some widely used editorial systems.
The company quickly acquired clients in all of the Nordic countries. Rapid expansion took place by working with a group of partners and resellers.
In 1999, Tansa acquired its first clients in the United States of America. In 2004, Tansa Systems expanded its operations in North America by founding a wholly-owned subsidiary, Tansa Systems, LLC. The subsidiary is responsible for all North American marketing efforts, as well as implementation and support of all clients in the region.
Tansa is a privately owned company.
